Lydia du Plessis has 17 years of experience in investor relations across various industries, with specific expertise in the financial services sector. She has held a variety of management positions in that time, including General manager - Corporate Communications at Gensec, Director of Gensec Investment Asset Management and Investor Relations and Treasury Executive at ABIL. She has consulted to a range of businesses across many industries, including ABIL, Aveng, Bidvest and Cartrack in Gauteng, Grindrod, Spar, Mr Price, RCL Foods, Chemspec, Sanyati, Santova, and Illovo in KwaZulu Natal and Prescient, Control Instruments, SA Corporate Real Estate Fund, Shoprite, Curro, Equites, Fairvest, Atlantic Leaf, Santam and MMI in the Western Cape.

In Erika Venters' 25-year career, she has gained extensive experience in account management, project management and marketing across various industries such as mining, IT, tourism, retail and financial services. Erika's range of experience include project managing the national roll-out of desktop technology at Ingwe Coal Corporation (now a subsidiary of Billiton), being account manager for several large corporate accounts such as Mondi, Nedcor and Steinhoff and holding the position of HR Manager at PSG FutureWealth before the business was incorporated into PSG Konsult. Erika was also on the Edcon project team responsible for developing and implementing the Thank U Rewards Programme – the group's largest ever customer programme. She did digital marketing for Edgars, Red Square and Boardmans and was responsible for the marketing of South Africa's first online lending marketplace, RainFin. Erika has conducted King IV analysis for several companies and gained strong experience in the implementation of the Integrated reporting framework. She also project managed the compilation of the NSRI's commemorative 50th anniversary integrated annual report.
